How do you select your home carer staff?

All of our Home Carers applicants must meet the minimum education and experience requirements. They must then successfully complete an interview, a verbal & written reference check and a security check through the Garda Central Vetting Unit.

All applicants participate in an exclusive training program, which covers the most practical topics and situations encountered in delivering one-on-one care for the elderly.

Yes, our Care Managers will visit with you in your home and discuss the selection process while creating a tailored individual care plan and then arrange an introduction to each Carer.

Is there tax relief available on home care fees?

Yes, income tax relief is available to our clients or their relatives at the top rate of tax (subject to conditions). This means that you could claim this relief as part of your weekly tax credits at up to 41% of the cost of the service.
